A common question I ask my agents to get on the same page. I show up on site and am greeted by this pleasant visage - what else is in store?! Each home is different and each shoot holds a surprise or two. When I’m delivering 80+ photos of a Villa in the hills of Edna it’s paramount to capture what my agent needs. Also, some shots just shoot themselves!

Fire! If the home has a fireplace I’ll double-check and ask if it works before adding a digitalized fire in post-production. This is just another one of the small touches on my shoot checklist that makes my Real Estate photography top-of-the-line.
