Central Coast Real Estate Photography Photoshoot Terms, Conditions, & Expectations
Thank you for interest in booking with Central Coast Real Estate Photography! Before we proceed, I would like to ask that you review the following Terms, Conditions, and Expectations. By booking with me, you are agreeing to these terms, which outline both your responsibilities and ours to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
1. What You'll Get
At Central Coast Real Estate Photography, I specialize in Real Estate Photographs, Videos, and Aerial Imagery. I’ll deliver high-quality photos and videos based on what you requested in your booking. All the details of what you’re getting will be listed in your booking confirmation.
2. On the Day of the Photoshoot
Changes to the Schedule: If you need to change the shoot time or location, there may be additional fees depending on the change. I’ll work with you as much as possible to ensure you don’t incur any fees.
Preparation: It is your responsibility to be sure the home is ready. I’ll capture the space as it is, but I don’t handle cleaning or staging. If you have specific shot requests, send them my way at least 48 hours before the shoot.
Site Readiness: The property should be fully ready by the time of the scheduled shoot. No one else should be on site. If there are other vendors (cleaners, contractors, etc.) still working, we might need to reschedule or postpone. Please double-check that no other appointments are scheduled during your photoshoot time.
Scope of Work: I’ll take care of photography and videography. If there are a few items that need to be rearranged such as towels, pillows, or blankets then I am happy to assist. I just want to be clear that beautiful photos are my goal but I am not responsible for junk removal.
Pets: For safety reasons, please make sure pets are either removed or securely placed in a separate area during the shoot.
Safety: You’re responsible for making sure the property is safe for me and my equipment. If I spot any hazards, I may need to reschedule or cancel.
What I’ll Capture: I focus on the main areas of the property. Garages, closets, hot water heaters, and other small spaces may not be included unless otherwise specified prior to shoot date. I will include these if I feel they help add context and you can always choose not to use them
3. After the Photoshoot
I’ll start editing right after the shoot and aim to have everything ready for you within 24-48 hours. If the editing will take longer then I will communicate with you asap. If you want any additional edits or changes outside of what was originally agreed upon, there may be extra charges but I understand that this happens every once in awhile. I want to work with you and always, always value your feedback!
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll be charged 25% of the booking fee. If weather affects the shoot, I’ll work with you to find a new time- we won’t let it stop us!
5. Rights & Usage
The photographs and videos I produce are the property of Central Coast Real Estate Photography. You, and your company, are granted a license to use them for marketing purposes related to the specific property in question. If you wish to share the media with any third parties—such as architects, designers, or builders—you’ll need to get my explicit, written consent first. You can reach me for such inquiries by emailing me.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is due when I deliver the final media. I will not release the final photos or videos until payment has been received in full. Payment details will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
By booking with me, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. I’m dedicated to providing you with exceptional service, and I’m here to ensure that your property looks its best. If you have any questions or need any clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working with you!
In Gratitude,
Neil Shearer
